TLOU2 – Therapeutic Spoiling

TGI 429 – Ghost of an Xbox Spider-Man
This week we have Crofton Steers jumping into the co-host chair with Ryan to discuss their adventures (past and present) in Ring Fit Adventure. Crofton has been enjoying Ghost of Tsushima on PlayStation 4. Plus Ryan continues his journey to Destroy All Humans, 15 years later. In the news, we chat a bit about Microsoft confirming Halo Infinite will have free to play multiplayer and xCloud getting an official release on September 15th. Spider-Man is ONCE AGAIN involved in an exclusivity controversy (Is this going to happen once a year? Well at least we have Hawkeye.) Finally, we close out news with a report from Jason Schreier about Blizzard employees organizing to seek pay increases.
TGI 428 – Small, Medium, and Where’s My Butt
Fresh off the Xbox Games Showcase from last week, we have some more to discuss when it comes to the recent showing and the Xbox One. Moving into games, Ryan has been playing Carrion which is a brand new reverse horror game on Xbox Game Pass. Also, both Ryan and Joce have had some time with Paper Mario: The Origami King. We close out the show with news that Netflix is developing a The Witcher prequel series!
TGI 427 – Xbox Got Games
Before we jump into the Xbox Games Showcase, Ryan gives some final thoughts on Desperados III after finishing the main campaign and taking a crack at a few of those Baron Challenges added to the game through a free update. We spend a bulk of the show going over all our favourite announcements from the Xbox Games Showcase. Enjoy and happy next generation year!
TGI 426 – The Quick Save and the Dead
E3 may not have happened in 2020, but thanks to Devolver Digital you can explore the abandoned halls of a faux E3 to discover trailers for their upcoming games in Devolverland Expo. As promised, Jocelyn returns to Civilization VI to check out the Red Death mode and had some fun streaming VS Mode. Ryan got his hands on Desperados III and has been having a lot of fun stealthing through the Old West. Getting creative thanks to their forgiving Quick Save/Quick Load system made for easy experimentation.
Over in the news we go over the major announcements from Ubisoft Forward, Micorsoft will be launching xCloud in September, 2K thinks next generation games should be more expensive, Amazon wants to make a Fallout TV series with Westworld producers, and the LEGO NES is coming soon (and it’s expensive).
